To apply an ONU performance alarm profile to the specificed ONU
interface, 'zxAnPonOnuPerfAlmPrf' and
'zxAnPonOnuAlmPrfApplyRowStatus' should be in the one snmp set
operation.
To remove the application of an ONU performance alarm profile
to the specificed ONU interface,
only 'zxAnPonOnuAlmPrfApplyRowStatus' should be set to destroy(6).
