The least significant 16 bits indicate the ID of this interface: the first 8 bits specifies the slot ID associated with this UNI, the second 8 bits specifies the port ID associated with this UNI. eg.the zxAnPonOnuIfId for eth_0/1 is 655361(0xA0001).
