is 1, otherwise the unit is 1Volt when the value of opticalAlarmPrfUnit(1)
is 1 and the unit is 0.1Volt when the value of opticalAlarmPrfUnit(1) is 0.
The default value is 29 when the value of opticalModuleAlarmImprovement(3) is 1, 
otherwise the default value is 0.
