zxAnMasMacMoveLogFromIfIndex and zxAnMasMacMoveLogToIfIndex on 
zxAnMasMacMoveLogVid. This object is instantiated only when 
zxAnMasMacMoveReportEnable value is set to enable(1) and a MAC 
move is detected by the MAC move notification feature.
