deleted using the zxClockEsmcRowStatus object.
When create the zxAnClockEsmcTable, zxAnClockEsmcShelf,
zxAnClockEsmcSlot,zxAnClockEsmcPort, zxAnClockSsmSendBytes must be
setted together.Only support Pon and SyncE port.
