scalar r/w SNMPv2-TCTruthValue 
Identifies whether or not this device is being managed by the Zhone
Management System. This is only settable by the management system and
NOT by the CLI as it indicates existence of the manager. Different
operations are performed based on this setting (i.e. no configuration
synchronization processing is performed if there is no Zhone Management
System).
          
Default value is 'false'.
