scalar Integer32 
This variable is sent with all traps. This contains the
value of the subport that originated the trap. If this is a
system or card level trap (no port is associated with the trap),
this value is 0. It may also be 0 if not subports are associated
with this physical port such as in the case of an ethernet port.
