scalar r/w SNMPv2-TCTruthValue 
Indicates whether revertive behavior of the system clock is desired. 
If set to TRUE, the system will automatically revert to the higher 
weighted clock when it becomes available again.  Used by systems that
have the Clock Manager enabled.
