Object
The date and time of the system, specified in local time.
Only a community name having 'admin' priviledges will be
allowed to modify this value. Although any valid community
name is allowed to read it.
If an NTP server has been configured in zhoneSntpConfiguration,
then manual setting of the date and time is not allowed, and
a set attempt on zhoneSystemConfigurationDateAndTime will
result in a generic error.
