zhoneSystemClockWeight

The weight to be used to indicate the preference for
each eligible port which is currently active 
(zhoneSystemClockElgibilityStatus = active) to be used as
the system clock source.
              
Multiple interfaces may have the same weight and if so, the system
will choose which interface to be chosen as the clock source.
              
Changing the weight will have an immediate affect. For example,
changing an interface to the highest priority will immediately
make the interface the zhoneSystemCurrentClockSource unless
the weight of the current source has that same weight.
