table

This table is used by the system to determine the
default code image to load for each card type.  
          
Each card, when it requests a software load, will either
receive an upgrade version of software, a specific 
version of software, or receive the known current
version of the software.  This table is used to 
determine the code image to load in the default case.
          
This table is not used for non-BAN hardware.
