Object
This specifies the directory path on the FTP server into which the
bulk statistics files will be transferred.
The device will use this in a cd command, therefore a trailing '/'
is not required.
The ftp filename is constructed as follows:
<device-ip>_<timestamp>
where timestamp is YYYY.DD.MM.HH.MM in device local time.
For example:
172.16.80.291_2002.11.06.14.37
