scalar Integer32 
Maximum number of Adsl Pots LPF Bypass Relays that
can be active on any one card at any given time.  This number
is determined by the device and is calculated based upon
power consumption of the relays.
          
For example, if this value is set to 8, each Adsl Pots Splitter
w/Bypass Relay card can have 8 relays set to closed at any given
time.		
          
This object is only valid for Adsl Pots Splitter
cards containing the Pots LBF Relays.
