Object

column Integer32 
An index that uniquely identifies an entry
in the captureBuffer table associated with a
particular bufferControlEntry.  This index will
start at 1 and increase by one for each new packet
added with the same captureBufferControlIndex.
              
Should this value reach 2147483647, the next packet
added with the same captureBufferControlIndex shall
cause this value to wrap around to 1.
