to generate a zhonePingProbeFailed NOTIFICATION.
              
Setting zhonePingCtlTrapGeneration
to probeFailure(0) implies that a zhonePingProbeFailed
NOTIFICATION is generated only when the number of
successive probe failures as indicated by the
value of zhonePingCtlTrapPrbefailureFilter fail within
a given ping test.
