column r/w Enumeration 
Enable the collection and forwarding of historical
statistics on the unit/card.  The default value is
disabled.
              
Note this value should be logically 'anded' with the
the system statistics enbale to determine if the 
collection and forwarding of statistics should 
actually be enabled.
              
Default value is 'disabled'.
