notification
A zhnSysMonAlarmSetEvent notification is sent when an
alarm condition is detected by a system component.
The System Monitor is informed of the alarm and
generates the alarm set notification.
The objects in the notification correspond to the values
in a row instance of in the zhnSysMonAlarmTable.
