The maximum waiting delay (MWD) timeout value is used for the
Media Gateway to send the Restart In Progress to the Media  
Gateway Controller.
          
The default value of this object is chosen in an 
implementation-dependent manner by the MGCP functionality 
based on the call volume of the system.
