is specified in 'xcmCommsOptionsValueInteger' (eg, '3' seconds).
Usage: A value of zero indicates that the request timeout is a
local system default (and NOT reported/configured).
Usage: 'Overloads' protocol types to yield protocol request
timeout limits.
