scalar Enumeration
The InpAlign value indicates the phase alignment in units of nanoseconds
between PDC3301e Inputs A and B. Resolution is 65 nanoseconds. Positive
values indicate that Input A is earlier than Input B. If the value is
the largest positive 32-bit integer value (2147483647), it indicates that
the Input A and Input B rates differ by more than 10 PPM, or that the rate
is greater than 1 MPPS. This corresponds to the N/A value returned by
the CLI inpalign command.
This value is only meaningful on the PDC3301e model. It will be 0 for all
other models.
