scalar Enumeration
Current Disable A input state as returned by the CLI disablestat command.
It consists of an integer having value 0 or 1 to indicate that
the Disable A input is either in the inactive, low state or the active
high state.  Depending upon the DisableMode setting, the corresponding
Signal A input would be enabled or disabled accordingly based on this
value.
