column SNMPv2-SMICounter32 
A count of the times that a collision has been 
detected later than 512 bit times into the transmitted
packet. A late collision is counted twice, i.e., both
as a collision and as a late-collision. This element 
represents the upper 32-bits of a 64-bit counter.
