An implementation of this MIB will remove the oldest
entry in the wwpLeosMPLSOamTraceRouteProbeHistoryTable to allow the

the wwpLeosMPLSOamTraceRouteProbeHistoryTable reaches the value specified
by wwpLeosMPLSOamTraceRouteCtlMaxRows.
