This OID affects what AP to attempt to register to when Canopy SMs scan see more than one AP that are valid in it's configuration. (0) - Default, Canopy radios after scanning select the best AP that will optimize for estimated throughput. (1) - Select the AP with the best receive power level. Note this is only if multiple APs fit the current scan configuration, and will be overriden by color codes, RADIUS, etc.
