wanAal5StatsEntry analyzes.  This source can be any
pvcEntry that is associated with an ATM interface on this
device.  In order to identify a particular VPI/VCI, this
object shall identify the instance of the pvcIndex object,
defined in the PVCCONFIG-MIB.
