1. The LDAP server is reachable from NSX nodes.
2. The LDAP server details are configured correctly in NSX.
3. The LDAP server is running correctly.
4. There are no firewalls blocking access between the LDAP server
   and NSX nodes.
Afer the issue is fixed, use TEST CONNECTION in NSX UI under
Identity Firewall AD to test the connection.
