tnWtKeySummaryTable

This table provides a quick summary of the state
of the Wavelength Tracker functionality on all
Wavelength Tracker decode ports.
          
The summary attributes are octet strings.  As an
example, the following 6 octets are returned in
summary MIB attribute tnWtKeySummaryExpectedWKMaskIn:

Each bit represents an ITU channel.  The ITU
channel numbers decrement from the MSB of the 1st
octet.  In the above data, there are expected wave
keys on ITU channels 55, 40, 35, 30, 20, 19.  The
remaining ITU channels have no expected wave keys.
