scalar r/w TROPIC-TCTnCommand 
This attribute allows the network operator to
submit an abort on any operation executed via
attribute tnSwNodeControl.  It is only allowed
if tnSwNodeLastControlOperationStatus is
inProgress.  When read back, the value of this
attribute is noCmd.  An abort will always
succeed.
