column r/w Enumeration 
Nominal voltage for the shelf.
v48 - The input supply voltage is nominally -48 V dc.
v60 - The input supply voltage is nominally -60 V dc.
This has the effect of setting the voltage alarms
to the ends of the standard operating range for
the specified input supply voltage.
