Indicates whether the Trace Identifier Mismatch
(TIM).  Consequent Action function is enabled.
This object is applicable only to the sink
function; i.e., only when tnOthOdukDirectionality
has the value sink(1) or bidirectional(3).  It
must not be instantiated in rows where
tnOthOdukDirectionality has the value source(2).
This object has no effect when
tnOthOdukTtpTimDetMode has the value off(1).
