The SAPI bytes in the trace identifier transmitted. This object is applicable when tnOthOdukDirectionality has the value source(2) or bidirectional(3). It must not be instantiated in rows where tnOthOdukDirectionality has the value sink(1). TXSAPI is the fist 16 Octets (TTI[0]-TTI[15]) and TTI[0] (i.e., SAPI[0]) shall be fixed to all 0s.
