tnOthOdukTPosSeq

Indicates the relative position of the TCM
monitor point.  The lower the position sequence,
the closer the TCM monitor point to the
client/matrix.  This means that the consequent
action of the lower numbered position sequence
TCM monitor point affects the higher numbered
position sequence TCM monitor point.  It is 1
by default.
