Object
Specifies the number of consecutive bad seconds
(tnOthOdukRTDegM* tnOthOdukTDegPeriod)
to be detected before declaring a signal degrade
defect on the ODU. The defect is cleared if
tnOthOdukTDegM* tnOthOdukTDegPeriod consecutive
good seconds are detected.
Current configurable range:
1 to 10.
