Object
This columnar object is used for creating and deleting a conceptual row of the tnOthGcc12 config table. It is used to model the addGCC12Access and removeGCC12Access operations of an ODUk CTP or ODUk TTP for GCC12 access control as defined in G.874.1. Setting RowStatus to createAndGo or createAndWait implies addGCC12Access. Setting RowStatus to destroy implies removeGCC12Access.
