If the power drops below this threshold, a
protection switch will be executed.  This is
accessible from ports 2 and 3 (working or
protected) exclusively.  This command applies
to ports A and B only.  Default is -3000 for
OCH protection, -2800 for OMS protection, and
-3000 for OLP protection.
              
Current configurable ranges and defaults:
              
OLP (OPSA)     :   (-3150..500), -2800
OCH/OMSP (OPSB):   (-3000..500), -1000
OMSP (OPSA)    :   (-3000..1700),-1000.
