aLldpXdot3RemAddFragSize

A 2-bit integer value used to indicate, in units of 64
octets, the minimum number of octets over 64 octets
required in non-final fragments by the receiver on the
given port associated with the remote system.  The
minimum non-final fragment size is
(aLldpXdot3LocAddFragSize+1)x 64 octets.
