This trap is sent when RF detection finds an AP using
the SSID of the listener, and the AP is not in the
mobility domain.
trpzRFDetectXmtrMacAddr is the radio MAC address from the beacon.
trpzRFDetectListenerListInfo is a display string of a list of
listener information.
Obsoleted by trpzRFDetectRogueDeviceTrap2
and trpzRFDetectSuspectDeviceTrap2.
One of the two traps will be sent,
depending on RF detection classification rules.
