The number of the report in progress. When an
tpmAggrReportCntrlEntry is activated, the first report will
be numbered zero.
If the tpmAggrReportCntrlApmCntrlIndex is non-zero,
then this object should be set by the agent to the value
of the apmReportControlReportNumber object.
