name for the Multicast VPN (MVPN) vrf-import or vrf-export policy to
use for the vRtrID if no entries are configured in the vRtrPolicyTable
for this vRtrID instance.
              
This object can not be set if either vRtrMvpnVrfExportTarget or
vRtrMvpnVrfImportTarget has been set.
