The value of sdpFarEndNodeId specifies the node identifier
of the far-end for this sdp.
              
The value of this object must be set to a non-default value
when the sdpDelivery is set to 'mpls' for the
row to become 'active', and can only be changed while the
admin status of the SDP is 'down'.
