specifies the maximum number of learned and static entries
allowed in the FDB for this  SDP  Bind.  The value 0
means: no limit for this SDP Bind. The command is valid
only for spoke SDPs.
              
The maximum value of sdpBindTlsMacAddressLimit is '511999',
when the the value of
TIMETRA-CHASSIS-MIB::tmnxChassisOperMode is 'd'.
              
The maximum value of sdpBindTlsMacAddressLimit is '196607',
when the the value of
TIMETRA-CHASSIS-MIB::tmnxChassisOperMode is 'c'.
              
In other cases, the maximum value of
sdpBindTlsMacAddressLimit is '131071'.
