A copy of the OAM header of the last response packet received for
this OAM ping test.  The value of this object MUST be reported
as 0 when no probes have been sent.
              
This object was obsoleted in release 8.0R1 and replaced with
tnOamPingHistoryRespHdr in tnOamPingHistoryTable.
