The value of tnOamPingHistoryRtrnSubcode indicates the value present
in an MPLS echo reply's RFC 4379 Return Subcode (RSC) field.
              
A valid value is returned when the test has a tnOamPingCtlTestMode
value of 'lspPing'.  Otherwise, zero is returned.
