Administrative name of the Path (LSP) for this OAM LSP Trace Route
test. The Path name must be unique within the virtual router
instance specified by tnOamLspTrCtlVRtrID.
              
This is an optional parameter which can be specified only if the
LSP Name parameter is specified.
