seconds, active path point-to-point (P2P) LSP waits before it attempts
to re-establish itself. This timer is started after first attempt to
setup active path P2P LSP fails.
              
When vRtrMplsGenP2pActPathFastRetry is set to 0, fast retry timer
for active path P2P LSP is disabled.
