The value of vRtrMplsGenLspInitRetryTimeout specifies the amount of time in seconds the software waits for an LSP path to come up after sending out the initial Path message. If the initial retry timeout period expires and the LSP path is not up, it is torn down and the LSP retry timer is started to schedule a new retry cycle using a new LSP-id.
