column SNMPv2-SMIUnsigned32
The value of sysUpTime object (defined in IETF RFC 3418)
at the time an entry is created, modified, or deleted in the
in tables associated with the tnLldpRemoteSystemsData objects
and all LLDP extension objects associated with remote systems.
This attribute is the number of seconds since Unix Epoch time
(ie, 1 January 1970 00:00:00), not the number of ticks since
the LC card is up.
An NMS can use this object to reduce polling of the
tnLldpRemoteSystemsData objects.
