LLDP configuration information that specifies the set of ports
on which the local system management address instance will be
transmitted.
            
This configuration object joins the tnLldpPortConfigTable and the
tnLldpLocManAddrTable. An entry exists for each Port/Management
address in the system. Rows are auto-created by the system when
ports are provisioned.
