The value of tmnxWlanGwVlanDynService specifies whether the VLAN range
supports a combination of both Layer 2 and Layer 3 UE.
              
While the value of the object tmnxWlanGwVlanDynService is equal to
'enabled', either a Layer 2 or Layer 3 UE will be created, depending
on what is returned in the RADIUS Access-Accept message for the UE.
              
While the value of the object tmnxWlanGwVlanDynService is equal to
'disabled', the VLAN range only exclusively supports Layer 2 (when
tmnxWlanGwVlanL2AdminState has value 'enabled') or Layer 3 (when
tmnxWlanGwVlanL2AdminState has value 'disabled') UE.
