The value of tmnxWlanGwVlanDsmQuotaExhFilter specifies the identifier
of the distributed-sub-mgmt IP filter to be applied when soft volume
quota is reached. This filter replaces the currently applied filter
for the UE upon quota exhaustion. If quota is extended the filter will
automatically be reverted.
              
A row with the same name must exist in the tmnxWlanGwDsmIpFilTable.
